How do i get kill off reeds that are slowly takeing over a large portion of my field , ? burning is out?

Reeds, uh oh, if you have a tractor then strim to the ground, dig the roots up and leave the sod in a pile until it rots. Otherwise consider glyphosate.
Strim them to half their height before they set seed and burn the seeds, they spread like anything.
I hear hippos eat reeds. Try getting some of them!
drainage! does the field flood , reeds need water drain the field ,make sure you are not in a ssi area ,contact your local planning office
