Dishwasher fitting/plumbing instructions..help me!?
however..i have no idea what tools,equipment and plumbing parts i need or require to fit this type of appliance...
any help should be as detailed as possible,please..

First, COLD water supply. You can get these wee taps that clamp on the cold water pipe, no need even to put the water off, tighten the clamp on the pipe, screw the tap on, the tap cuts its own hole, job done. Now, the waste water. Same sort of set-up, put the clamp on your waste pipe, this time use the cutter to cut the hole,screw in the other bits, connect. Make sure the waste pipe goes almost to the top of the machine in a loop then down. If you need to lengthen the pipes, for the cold supply use another pipe and a double male connector, for the waste a double male (that fits the pipe) jubilee clips. OK, you are up and running. Never go to a supermarket and buy salt, use water softener salt from DIY store, much cheaper, salt is salt.

I would suggest purchasing a basic plumbing book, they usually have easy to follow directions and helpful pictures. I learned to do my plumbing that way.

the most important thing when doing any plumbing is that you are dressed correctly , ideally a wet suite , snorkel and goggles , then you will need some bits from your local plumbers merchant , a sink trap thingy for the waste ( my god you do have a sink yes ]another thingy that you screw onto the cold supply with a little tap on it then hey presto no more washing up
The machine unlike the dishwasher you have at present will not put the pots and pans away when they are clean and dry, nothing worse than opening the machine with one dirty cup only to find it full of clean pots. LOL
On the plumbing side the machine will require a cold water supply and a waste connection.
The waste connection can often be found as a spout on the sink waste trap.
The cold water supply could be taken from the cold water supply to your washing machine via a "Y" junction.
This would then leave you requiring a 13 amp socket to plug it into. As its in the kitchen, you will have to contact a registered electrician for this side if a new socket is required.
