Can the seal in pre packed doors in diy stores be replaced?Or do you have to buy a new door?

Which ever it is, contact B&Q and ask them.
They should be able to contact the supplier for you, but don"t hold your breath.
They put the seal in in the first place so you must be able to replace it.
