steve b and shelly m have the right answers. After cleaning thoroughly and letting it dry, use Kilz (made by Zinser). Its basically a shellac. It will hide the stains. Then after that dires, re-paint.
Glad to hear she's your ex.
..although, I would be curious to know what you said or did that made her throw that sandwich.
sugar soap or cillet bang?
good luck
Not to much you can do. Base paint and then paint the wall
if it's been there over a couple of hours there isn't much you can do. the oils have seeped thru the paint and into the drywall itself.
hope you don't rent. (there goes the security deposit)
you could try to knock out that part of the wall and replace it. repaint.
clean area with 409 cleaner ,rinse, let dry ,apply stain sealer(a solvent base sealer) to spots then paint entire wall.or hire a professional contractor like me and drive miss anger to anger management classes.
Talcum powder soaks grease and oil up, bit awkward on a wall though, maybe you could work out how to get talc on your wall and get rid of the oil that way.
They make this stuff called Kilz use it first and then paint over it.
Good luck
