Personally, I would go for the Vaillant, it's the 'Original' condensing boiler. I have a non-condensing Vaillant which has been in use for about 17 years, it still performs excellently, I just wish it would pack up so that I can get a condensing model to replace it!

I did all the research and this is the one I came up with. It's surprisingly compact and the plumber hung it on the wall by himself, first time I have ever seen this done.

Find out which product will have parts on hand locally or can get them to your cotractor quickly. Many suppliers contractors do not stock repair parts for less common units.I am not greatly familiar with any of these product but Trianco makes other products that I have found to be good.
