heat up some milk, steep the part of the sheet in the milk and watch the ink dissolve, works every time
pour washing up liquid on it give it a rub then put in washing machine with normal soap powder and do normal wash hope you get it out x

There are several ways to remove ink from sheets. First put a cloth under the area you are treating, with another cloth you can put either hairspray, or rubbing alcohol, or nail polish remover (acetone) then dab the stain.
