Can't get double glazing done!!?
I need to get my porch double glazed. I've rung about 5 companies & they don't answer my call, don't ring back, or don't tirn up to give an estimate. WHY? please help

1. Call your local glass co. they can fabricate double insulated glass to size.
2. Ask them for a referral for a installer.

builders, and workmen in general, tend to be annoying! ask a few of your friends for their recomendations.they should be able to tell you if there is any good double-glazers in your area, or who to stear away from!
well thats a bit of a speciality,bottom line if u do get it done there b no guarantee.
We are having exactly the same problem with joiners who wont turn up.
double glazers are notoriously bad for not wanting to bother if it's a small job. i would get some reccomendations if you can.. or you could ring and leave a message being a bit vague about exactly what you want done, until they get in touch with you that is!
You made the mistake in not telling them that it was the whole house that needed doing, when they come explain to them that its just the porch.
