Problem commissioning a TRITON power shower?

We have completed all the plumbing and electrics - there is gravity fed water from both hot and cold pipes - but as soon as we connected the shower unit for commmissioning the water pressure drops to a trickle. There is no blockage - tried sucking pipe as recommended by triton as they thought there may be blockage within the unit - but no - the water still at a trickle!

Anything else we can try please!? Or is it a faulty unit?

Answers:
I have found that there is sometimes an integral valve in the flexible connectors with a screwdriver slot which must be turned 90 degrees.
I hope you dont have to do this....Raise the roof tank.
or fit an air switch to over-ride the flow switch.
TRY emailing if you really want more information
Which model is it????

Can you hear the pump running???

Check that the electricity and water supplies are turned on to the unit.
Check that the on/off control connector inside the front cover has been fitted to the PCB in the unit (as per the fitting instructions).
Ensure that the inlet filters are clear of blockages.
Check that the air had been purged from the pipes up to the inlet elbows (as per the fitting instructions).
Check that the cold water tank is at least 3 inches above the top of the unit.
Please bear in mind, if the pump is not running, it will actually create a restriction on the water flow.
