Answers:
I obtained polystyrene sheet 50mm thick and glued it on the door. NO ITCH
Your question is not written clearly. But, if you are talking about insulating a 4 inch space inside the full length of the door(s), you can get insulation which does not cause so much itch, but you could just wear long sleeves and a mask.
If you use spray foam, be extremely careful to use only the lowest expanding foam and go very very slowly, since even that type of foam can expand and cause the door or space to warp out of shape. If you write your question more clearly you will get a better answer..sorry.
try gluing sheet polystyrene to it
By far your best bet is to glue rigid styrofoam boards to the back of the door. You can get the boards from Home Depot.
It is IMPORTANT that you do not use a solvent based adhesive as this will melt the styrofoam. Use a water based adhesive and you will be OK.
I don't know.
rockwool is fire resistant you can buy it in slabs various thicknesses.put that in place and cover with a sheet of hard board or supalux board this is highly recommended around boilers its fire resistant to.good luck.EBO
Celotex provides excellent insulation properties for a much reduced thickness in comparison to standard insulation materials; you do pay a price for that benefit.
