I do believe there is. I would try the Sika Corporation, they make paints and coating for commerical allpications and I am sure that this wher you would find that. I bought some for our company that was good for up to 1750 degrees. There website is www.sikausa.com. I hope this helps.
i dont know what emulsion paint is but there is a paint that originally was used on the back of pick up trucks ( the bed ) and they realized it was so durable they started using it in test come to find out when u paint a concrete wall with it and an explosion occurs the wall doesnt fall down because of the paint but the walls with out the paint fall down, n that probally didnt help u at all huh ? oh well i try
