My fridge is faulty. How long should I have to wait 4 a replacement? AEG say 2 weeks 4 a fridge, seems long!?
I've been asking to speak to a manager for the last 4 days - but to no avail. Seems ridiculous to me. Any ideas of what to do next or what to say?

How old is your fridge? Is it totally done or is it still keeping food cold?
A good store should make sure you are taken care of! We would give customers a loaner fridge if it was brand new and wasn't keeping food cold.
You're lucky to be getting a replacement. Most companies will only repair.
This seems reasonable if your food isn't ruined. I know it's an inconvenience but at least you'll be getting a brand new fridge.
If they aren't treating you right contact the Better Business Bureau in your area.
