Washing machine help?

my washing machine doesnt spin and makes a really weird noise and it also puts black marks on my clothes checked pipes and cleaned the filter its defo not those please help its an electra brand

Leaving black marks on cloths tells me the seal under the dasher is out. the black marks is from greese. Remove the dasher and see what you find. There maybe just somethig has lodged under it
check your belt isnt spinning round the drum
sounds like the band has gone i'm afraid.
good thing is washing machines are really easy to fix if they can be fixed.
As for a band from any store that sells washing machines and get you screw driver out
belt broken probably, not that expensive.
contact the manufavcturer and the company it self and they might be able to help you have you still got their details
