Where do you live. There is a large plumming suppliers in Erith, Kent, always being advertised in the press, usually quarter everyone else.
You wont get a low priced Vaillant as they are top of the range boilers and cost a fortune. I've added a link to a decent priced Baxi condenser not a bad boiler but you do tend to get what you pay for. Oh and remember to order a flue, filling loop and timer because these don't come with boilers and must be bought seperatly.
I was looking for a vaillant for my house and the one I was looking at cost £1300 with my trade discount from the merchant.
For a three bed house you should get a minimum of a 28kw combi but I'd fit a 30kw or 35kw, the larger the heat output the better hot water flow rate you get at your taps, but again you pay more for larger combi's.
If you can get away with not fitting a condenser have a look at the ferroli modena 102, a really good low priced boiler, with a great hot water output.
Watch out when taking out the warm air unit as alot of them have asbestos panels on the inside of the compartment door, they may also have an asbestos flue. This is VERY costly to remove.
You dont say your age. Above 65 you should be able to have it all fitted for free. If your younger then i recommend checking on dealtime uk for the cheapest parts or ebay. A boiler should cost in the region of £800 with another £500 for 7 radiators and thermostatic valves. With another £500 pounds for instaltion your looking at £1800 all in.
