Scottish Power Pre Payment (Powercard Meters)?
Answers:
I agree with Andy - pre-pay cards are a tax on people with low incomes. The power company will take them out at the customers request, provided there is no bad debt, etc.
BTW, Scottish Power are the devils' servants. Just thought I'd share that with you..
Get rid of your pre-pay meter. Whatever the answer is, it's twice what it should be.
More than you would on a normal meter. I used to have one and, during winter, was paying approx. £100 per month. Now I've switched to a normal meter I'm paying about £30 in winter.
i agree will the others get rid of it costs twice as much just get a payment card (pay point) and the payments will come off your bill
just think what u save that means more beer so what u waiting 4 come on man get it sorted
hi you pay about £150 a year eatra for that meter you should change to ebico limited who will refund you the cost of the meter all their customers pay the same regardless of how much you use or how you pay
hiya. if you are being charged over the , already inflated , odds for your 'leccy than your neighbours it may be that scotpower use similar tactics to our southern power providers.if you owe anything on an old bill they will double your 'unit' price until the debt is cleared. nice people eh?
