How can i remove deep scratches from U.P.C.window frame?

if it's white U.P.C you need to sand it with a coarse sandpaper then a finer paper then you need to use a buffer on it.If you just want to diguise it you could try tipex.
i use jif cream bleach cream, it works on my front door and windows, it also makes them look cleaner, when rinsed off and buffed up!
