Installing spot lights?

I am installing spot lights into my bedroom ceiling, I want to run these lights off another supply, so I have two switches on the wall, 1 for my main light, 1 for the spots. How do I do this?

Answers:
this is piss easy.

you can pull the supply from the light ring just like the main lights. you just need to fir a junction box to run the current to the switch (for the spot lights) before running it to the lights in parallel.
I'll install them for you(-;
get an electrician cos electricity has teeth and it bites

carefully
judging by the look of you i dont think you will need to do it yourself.guys will be fighting to do it for you and a few women too
Don't touch it in a million years. Get a qualified electrician.

This is one of those jobs that can have "unforseen consequenses" so please have an electrician do it.
run a junction box with another switch make sure the power is off if you re not sure or confident get some one who knows how
it is not difficult or expensive, get a qualified electrician to do it. I would have offered if I had been close enough
Any one offering advice on how to do this on this site is mad, employ an electrician part P cert
It is a fairly easy job as long as you are confident with electricity. I was brought up doing this kind of thing, but i would hate to give out advice on such a dangerous job, other than get someone who knows exactly what they are doing to wire them up for you.
Hire an liscensed Electrician if possible, if not search the internet as noone wants to assume responsibility if there is an accident.
