I need to replace a Glow worm Galaxie 246N fire or fire case. where can I source one ?

I think you might have a problem here. Since your boiler and fire are over 20 years old you'll probably find that it is no longer service listed. The manufacturer ( glow-worm ) will have ceased production of both fire and boiler some years ago.
The best thing you could do is replace the boiler, and have a nice inset gas fire fitted. That old lump will cost you a fortune in gas and is very out dated, so much so that it is practically illegal to fit the same style of boiler now a days.
