Where can I get a spirit level with an offset bubble?
I want to build a wall on a slope.

Try the shop that sells sky hooks. and tartan custard.
Why don't you put a post at where the wall is to start, one where it is to finish and connect them with string?and use a ordinary spirit level to make sure they are level
From any DIY store on a hill ;) As Joe C says, string and marking out will keep you level as you go downhill (works uphill too lol)
I broke the glass on mine but it was irrepairable. I couldn't find the little bubble.
Your best bet is to use a plumb line or a water level both will work. the plumb line will give you a perfect vertical and the water level will give you a perfect horizontal. The only othe way is a dumpy level or theodolite, and they are not cheap.
Ask them at the DIY store. They should give you a long weight
get a normal level and build your wall straight!
step it down as you go down the hill,
if you try to lay bricks on the p1ss then they will slide away.

go to m f i and ask for some spirit level bubbles
Just use a normal spirit level, lift one end of the level to your required angle, mark end of bubble on the glass with a felt tip and there you have it.
It will always give you the same slope / angle.
You need to build each end of the wall plumb though!
