Mr. Clean magic eraser. You will have to put some elbow grease into it, but it will get them clean.

If it is ceramic tile, use oven cleaner to clean the grout and ammonia to clean the tile itself. You can use the oven cleaner on the tile part as well, it just gets kind of expensive. But, to clean the grout, spray the oven cleaner on and let sit for 20 to 30 minutes. Spray enough so it does not dry in this time frame. Then come back and scrub with a wrie type brush or a green scrubby pad dipping the brush/pad in a bucket of hot water in between to keep it clean. Wear protective gloves and a mask to cover your mouth and nose while using the oven cleaner. You will find that in using the oven cleaner, you will not have to scrub nearly as hard as with other cleaners.
some elbow grease
good and old fashioned
the right product will also help. ask a cleaning expert!
Dow Bathroom cleaner. Its great for anything as well. Takes up glue, and grease. Trust me it works.
use an alchohol based cleaner maybe wipes.
Id dilute bleach with hot water and mop then try removing move dirt with the wipes then when its sparkling reseal the tiles
Apart from soap and water - I have heard diluted coke is good for clearing dirty etc, but then you need to rewash it to get rid of the stickiness
seriously, use Mr Clean magic eraser. you will have to get down on your knees and scrub but i guarantee you it will work 100% effectively!!
strong mix of caustic soda and water - allow plenty of ventilation and thick long rubber glows are necessity
An old maid or lots of petrol and a match, or even both. Hope this works in the UK. You may have laws against setting fire to the hired help, so check up first with your local council.
Normal household cleaner and elbow grease I'm afraid.
you could use old floor cleaners
or better still use the old man
get him to do them saves you hard work
or try sugar soap
it seems pretty good
Cillit Bang or the "super sweeper" cos it cleans in all the hard to reach places ..Even under sofas and cupboards.
detergent soap mixed with water.. proportion as u use for cleaning cloths.. spread over a small area ,scrub floor nicely with a slightly tough brush.. gadually cover the entire floor..wash the floor nicely with plain water.. may be two or three times.be careful that u dont slip. do all the work in sitting posture so u dont slip.happy shinning
Be sure to have lot's of ventilation before trying this.
First, try the casutic soda solution as mentioned above. Wear skin, eye, and protection from breathing the fumes.
If that doesn't work, try a solvent such as white spirit. If that doesn't work try something like lighter fluid.
In all cases uses a scotchbrite pad and rub by hand.
If its a large area, too large to scrub by hand, hire an industrial floor machine. They come with coarse bristle brush discs and buffing wheels.
do you want to remove them or clean them? If you want to remove them then get a pry bar and start prying them up or a spade shovel roofers use wont take long at all this way. If you want to clean the floor tiles them go get some,,,goof off,,you can buy it anywhere at least in the states you can.it will take all stains out but you will need to polish the floor when done..and goof off will also get the old glue off of the floor.its awesome but it stinks.its a miracle worker..
