How can I get my baby's clothes whiter - and keep them that way - but still nice and soft?
Answers:
dont use coloured softners as they tend to add a little colour to whites keep softner white too i used to use blue comfort and you could see a tinge of blue in my whites
I use Oxyclean in my laundry - along with detergent. this seems to work well if you add it to the water (once the washer has filled).
I use Ace gentle bleach which is a special in wash product for keeping clothes white and shiny! i add it to the drawer as the water is first running thru on the cycle.
oh and of course wash your whites with nothing else but other whites!
Dreft detergent
I use Dreft spray for stains, but the sooner you get it on there the better it works. It got grape juice out of my little ones white onesie!
Oxyclean! Soak the clothes in really hot water, with Oxyclean. It gets out ALL baby food stains!
try soaking in nappysoak from Boots chemists - it used to keep all the terry nappies white which i used for my babies in the early nineties.
Oxyclean is the best, you can buy it from poundland, soak clothes in hot water and scoop of oxyclean, after few hours put clothes in the washing machine was as normal.
I use this really awesome pretreatment spray. i have 4 kids who are very hard on clothes (3 boys) 1 very tomgirl! I would never be without it
spray the items with spray and wash or shout. and then wash
They have this stuff that comes in a blue bottle that is great for getting whites whitter! it's some type of blueing! Works really good.
