Try google maps or may be google earth. Although google Earth will not show u exact boundries, it depends on the area u r in. if they have the full information of that area,.. then u might see it.

If you go to Promap.co.uk you can get O.S of your house this will show you where your boundary lies however it does not give you details and it is not free it will cost £1.30 ish to view and £23 ish to print it out.

Yes, Go to www.landregistry.gov.uk You are able to download a copy of the map detailing your boundary. If you need to be specific about things though I must advise the use of a surveyor.
