There are acid washes available from your local hardware stores that should do it. Check to see if they would be harmful to your roof material first.

i just read this @ lowes phosphoric acid will remove moss and mildew i find a pressure washer to work best
at your local home depot or lowes you need to buy some zinc strip and adhere it down with some liguid nails or since it is a flat roof you may try to find a a spray type zinc if you can not find a spray you can take the zinc strip and spray it with a hose and walk around your roof and let the zinc drip as you walk you will find this in the roofing department and is the best way to rid your roof of moss
all of those answers will work but watch the seams of your roof when/if you pressure wash your roof, and any of the shingle stones you remove will need replacing as they keep the sun off the surface of the felt, to stop it from cracking.
leave the moss there, it does the roof more good than harm. a flat roof is better off damp than dry
You can kill it but to remove it you need some form of elbow grease! The pressure washer will work but might be too aggressive for the surface if it contains loosish chippings.
