Does anyone remember red cardinal floor polish and where you can get it .?

We have found old tiles in a house and this is what we thought of using

Answers:
Yes i do ..It was like shoe polish I had some years ago..i think you might be able to get it in a hardware store, not one of these newer places but the old sort of hardware store..if there are any of them around anymore..otherwise, if you have a trago mills near you try there..or you never know your luck..one of the assistants in B&Q or Wickes might be able to help you
i worked in a old fashion iron mongers and we sold it there.Try old hardware shops and see if you can find it.good luck.
Try any large branch of a supermarket. We get ours from Tesco.
Also some old style hardware shops might stock it.

Before using the polish ON THE TILES seal them with BOILED LINSEED OIL. Rub it in with a cloth and leave for a few days to dry. You will then use less polish and get a rich red shine.
any hard ware store
Try Wares Of Knutsford ... they sell all traditional household products , you can buy online or over the phone....hope you find it
