House clearance?

I am having to clear out my parents house and get rid of almost everything, can anyone tell me of any house clearance companies in West Yourkshire that would pay me for the contents, some of its worth money - Industrial Lathes, furniture and household goods.

I can find companies that will charge me but?

You will be ripped off....do some research as to the value of items,
Catalogue everything. (Value everything)
And approach an auction house.
I would never consider a house clearance firm.

have an auction its better than having to pay and may be worth your while
yard sale - or any auctioneer. OR, even better, try e-bay.
You can hire an auctioneer and have a auction or have someone handle an estate sale. They charge 10% and it's well worth them getting top dollar for your nice items.
