If the water goes clear after a while run it till it does. If not let it settle and see if that does the trick. If not boil it for at least a minute (in a pot as opposed to a kettle) It should then be safe to drink.

it all depends.is it white cloudy? or is it brown cloudy?..if its white cloudy.its air in the water..if its brown(or some shade of brown) then it's dirty water..don't drink it..call your water supplier and tell them whats happening,cos there might be a broken water pipe somewhere.ask them if and when its gonna be resolved,if its gonna be a while ask them if they can suppy you with bottles of water.good luck
It just means that there is alot of air in the water. Wait a bit and it will settle. Nothing to worry about.
