What does it mean when people have this sign on their front door 'Bo Peep Shall Not Enter"?

Answers:
Maybe they're sheep rustlers and are worried she'll come looking for her lost sheep?

However, a look at Wikipedia suggests that the rhyme relates to a smuggling tale from St Leonards and that Little Bo Peep is the customs man coming looking for the contraband - so maybe they're hiding barrels of rum rather than sheep and it means that the law aren't welcome?
residents having unnatural relations with sheep
I have no idea, please let me know
It means 'Bo Peep Shall Not Enter' I imagine.
no little goodie goods are alowed inside
This is just a guess. maybe folks trying to convert you to their religion are not welcome?!? Bo Peep was looking for lost sheep. Kind of goes along with the Good Shepherd theme in Christianity. And so someone going door to door handing out Bibles would be, in a sense, looking for sheep that have strayed!?!
Unless you're Bo Peep then I wouldnt worry about it.
the only reference I found was a "door peep shall not enter", which has something to do with a group called Burning Spear.
