I have the perfect scenary now I look onto hills fields and a wood with sheep just over my wall the next field .
Out of my front I look onto hills and a river.. its just bliss visit us in WEARDALE its a beautiful place.
A mellow dry stone wall with a Virginia Creeper for the delicate green in Spring the deeper green in Summer and the glorious red in Autumn,then when it has died back the setting sun on the wall and the full moon light during the night.

Just a mass of green foliage with various flowers spotted here and there. I've very nearly achieved it this year, despite the drought.
The sea, its always changing, it never needs cut and you never have to weed it, it produces food (fish etc) and is good as a backdrop for photo's.

I am out in the country, so I am in the middle of tilling about an acre up in rows like my grandmother did...walk out the back and cut flowers are everywhere..summer and winter as I live in zone9...can't wait...
A stone bench under a tree, and plants that are lush and green year round. A rock garden would be attractive. Bird bath, bird feeders, bird houses. Lots and lots of butterfly plants and vines that produce blossoms. A privacy wood fence that would allow me to plant more plants that would have something to to lean on and also allow me to place pots on the fence. St. Augustine grass in the yard. A small fountain. That is my dream garden.
If I could select a scene for my back garden, I would make it look like the woods with beautiful nature trails and a creek and lots of native flora. I would plant wild flowers and have pretty big rocks spaced around for resting as one walks the trails.
the best sceneries are the ones with a distant view. As in having a pool with an infinity edge, looking out over a blue body of water where the line is blurred between the pool edge and the water on the horizon. If the view is unobstructed and is facing west, the sunsets are incredible.
