i would really suggest getting "him" to clean the messy bathroom toilet area..but the problem with that is that men just can't see when the toilet area needs a good clean!!!!!
i dont have any wonderful magic tips that will work but have you consider:
Clean a toilet! Drop in two Alka-Seltzer tablets, wait twenty minutes, brush and flush. The citric acid and effervescent action clean vitreous china
Bleach and a scrubbing brush
You might try oxyclean or one of those Mr. Clean erase pads. I have had good luck with both of those on just about any stain.
Find a restaurant or janitorial supply store in your area.They have a product designed just for that. It works. We use it at work

Tip no. 1: Get rid of the man who is sprinkling whilst he's a-tinkling.
Tip no.2: If it's gone through to the floor boards, there really is only one way to make sure it goes, and that is to replace the floor boards. I currently have the same problem due to the fact two old men used to live in the house and am just gutting the whole room.

you can get mean green fairly cheap. it also works on tubs, dilute it and use on the floors. i keep a spray bottle in both bathrooms and under the kitchen sink, its really usefull.
