Why do I get "wind" and need to "burp" after exercise?

I am a "Senior" and now find I get a tight chest after exercise, which is relieved when I "burp"
Answers:
Whether you realize it or not, while you exercise you "GULP" air which later has to exit one way or another.
I would say that you are swallowing air in the process of exercising. Breathe through your nose and you will be less apt to swallow air as you go.
air fizzy drinks
You should consult your doctor before you do any exercises
