Don't worry. It happens to all of us at one time or other. Its a passing phase. You will be ok. You might be having more important worries on your mind and getting distracted. Have a few early nights and relax and you will be ok again.
sounds like you tired
Fatigue xx
you could have a.d.d
Have your blood sugar levels checked, that's what i was diagnosed with diabetes
It could be as simple as you being overly tired, but you should consider consulting a physician just to be on the safe side.
need new glasses?
Do you find that these events occur most often after a hard night at the pub?
I don't know. Are you depressed perhaps? Has something traumatic happened to you that you just feel you can't get back on track?

Sometimes when we go through very difficult times it can be like that. We hit a turning point in our lives and we find it very difficult to know what to do, what step to take next.etc. Those types of crossroads in life can leave us very mixed up and they drain us of the ability to focus and concentrate on other things. You may just be in a rut or deep depression so maybe you should talk about this with your doctor or a psychologist. Sometimes we just need someone who can guide us to a point where we feel good and can carry on. Medications aren't always the answer and can cause much worse side effects than the good they might do. Still get a good physical and see if something else may be going on. You're too young for Alzheimers but maybe there is something physical or chemical that is causing you to feel off. If you're not feeling well generally, it can affect how your mind processes things. If you're tired or unwell and not up to it, your mind just will shut down and say relax, take a break. That's how it protects itself really.

I would suggest you get out and enjoy this beautiful Fall weather and enjoy the serenity of nature and just be alone with your thoughts and the world around you. You will find it peaceful and exerice (walking, bike riding) will actually trigger the chemicals in your brain that make you feel good and you WILL feel good which in turn will help your mind.

Eat a good and nutritious diet.lots of protein which is good for the brain, and fruits and veggies too to keep your body happy and functioning. You will start to feel good again if it's just something that is emotionally off. WILL yourself to be happy and you will be.
You may be lacking in energy. Eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and make sure you fill up on bread, cereals, potatoes, rice and pasta. Also get 8 hours sleep a night at least. If that doesn't help then buy some concentration pills. You can normally buy them in supermarkets, they taste fruity and are full of omega three to help you concentrate.
sorry i don't have a clue why you are like this but I'm exactly the same! if you find out what is wrong let me know!
