Last shift at work tomorow should i go?

Well well well last shift at work tomorow, starting a new job on monday should i go in or stay off?

Answers:
If you ever want a good reference from these people you should go to work.
It is very unprofessional not to.
For all your hard work you may have put into the company they will always remember you as the guy who didn't turn up.
They have a right not to pay you if you do not fulfil the terms of your contract and work the required notice period.
no dont go have a break before monday
resign you were crap at the job anyway
are you a freak freakfreaky7? go awol of course!
Go in, money is money
Go in. Your current employer might inform your new employer of your 'attitude'.
U gotta go and say goodbye to every1! U never know u might get a nice leaving present!
depends how much you want the money
good luch in new job
go, show that you are responsible. you probably won't do much anyway.

Never burn your bridges - if the new job doesn't work out, you may not be able to use this one as a reference if you leave them hanging like that.
you should go but just do a half asss job like i am doing today ^_^ i'm still getting paid and if i get fired i will still get paid hell i want to leave anyway, if they fire you, you get 2 weeks of pay and you will have a job god bless america (^_^)
Well, if you commited to come, then yes, it is the correct thing to do.
Besides, you dont want to burn any bridges.
However if you gave the people plenty of notice and you have a new job in the morning after your shift, then no - you need rest and be able to start a new job with a fresh mind.
Good luck
Do you like your coworkers? Are they throwing you a going away party? These would factor in. If it were me, I would show up and loaf around, saying goodbye to the people I liked and eating any pot luck they threw for my departure. Then when I got bored I would leave. What are they going to do, fire you? You have a new job lined up, so references aren't really an issue at this time..
Yes, you should go. Hate me if you want to for my answer but who would want to hire you if you didn't?!?!?!?!?!?!?! God know I sure wouldn't and hopefully no one else would either.
I would not go in.
Go and leave a good memory of you, you never know, you might not like it in your new job or you might need a reference!
Go in, who says you have to work!
This boils down to an ethical question. The right thing to do (ethically) would be to go to work tomorrow. You made a commitment to work, and you have a responsibility to uphold that commitment, no matter how draining it is.

One thing I would suggest though, is whatever money you make working that shift tomorrow, you set aside and spend on something special for yourself (maybe a trip to a spa, or get your nails done professionally, or something very special that you do not normally do). That way, you are rewarding yourself for sticking through it until the end.

Another thing to consider is this:
Your boss probably does not expect you to come in, because the "norm" is to not go in on your last day when you quit a job-- imagine how impressed that boss will be when you do show up, and if you have children, it will teach your children that no matter how bad you do not want to go to work, the responsible thing to do is to go to work and earn that money.

Good luck to you, and I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but my answer is to actually go to work for your last shift. It is the right thing to do, and you deserve the special treatment that extra money will give you.
You had better come in as i know who you are, this is your boss speaking, anyway if you dont come in you wont get your leaving present, and a piece of the chocolate cake my wife made..see you tomorrow.dont be late
YES YOU SHOULD GO IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO KEEP A GOOD REFERRAL FROM THEM.
Yeah.tell everyone what you truely think of them, then take the rest of the day off sick.
Definitely not, phone in sick and get a few beers in!
depends how you were treated in your current job. if you were looked after and valued then work if not tell them to get f*cked.
stay at home what can they do fire you
If you want to say goodbye to your workmates and there's the possibility of a leaving prezzy,go in.If you hated the job, don't bother. But don't forget that if you're entitled to holiday pay, your bosses will deduct from it if you don't turn in.Good luck with the new job...ps to ARSEANTLERS...read the question first. This person is leaving tomorrow, not thinking about resigning
Consider the labor law, consider the situation.
Is it legal,reasonable or not?
If it is, just go in; otherwise stay off. It's your right.
Go, and make sure they pay you any outstanding holiday pay.
