Answers:
You really shouldn't be working on roofs.

Get back to your own country!
A german roof pushes in and occupies the top of a house and just stays there whereas an english roof queues up behind other rooves and waits to laid.
It's a benefit that you have no experience or knowledge of roofing, but wish to start going to work as a private contractor. You are at this stage more open-minded, less burdened by so many rules and regulations that make it impossible to just get a job done, and you're less biased towards one technique or another. Roofing is not hard. It's just taking old stuff off and putting new stuff on. The stuff going on should be nailed or glued or somehow secured to the roof so it doesn't blow off, so even putting rocks or lead weights on it should do also. I envy the exciting career you're about to enter. If I owned a home in London, I'd give you a try for a new roof.
If you are a roofer you are a roofer and roofing will come naturally what ever the covering you lay on the roof. If you are a chancer then you are a chancer and you will bodge anyone's roof without careing. If you are a chancer you should stay at home. if you are not a roofer but would like to do roofing do what everyone else has to, 'go on a course and learn' but please don't come over to England and be a German Cowboy otherwise you may find the English Indians may fight back.

All the best
