Anyone know where I can buy black artificial flowers or garlands for use on a display ?

any craft store with a floral dept. should be easy to find in the fall/around halloween.
The Wal-Mart near my house has a large aisle bursting with artificial flowers of every color. I'm sure you'll be able to find black ones.
Try Micheals, Pat Catans, or Jo Ann Fabrics. They have allot arts crafts material.
local indoor markets are quite good
