Can anyone tell me what dan-y-ogof caves is like to visit?

Is it worth the entrance fee?
Does it have many attractions?
Is there a good picnic/cafe area?
And are they good with the kids that visit?

Answers:
went as a child, many moons ago, not long opened, but i'm sure if you do a search on the net or find the area where it is located and look at the local whats in and around that area website, often council run, that might even ave a website itself and check out the photos.

i loved it, but then I was into dinos and caves and country stuff as a child, don't know if they got many more dinos other than the few they had when i went, got a pic I took of the T rex with a man up a ladder painting or cleaning it right by its head! LOL

sorry can't help more, but too far for me now
ITS WELSH ,, SO ITS CRAP .
Don't go. You won't even spend an hour there! i took kids there last year.Caves were ok but too short. Dinosaur park isnt a park as such, just a few animals on way to caves. Nothing else there really. You will be disappointed.
It is brilliant ive been a few times not far to travel for me would go there again.
