What are the requirements to apply for ISO 9001 standard for my food factory?
I will be opening a ready meal factory in Scotland, U.K and would like to apply for ISO 9001, what are the requiremtns and steps?

Massive undertaking....Get a consultant. Premises will be inspected.
Health & Safety, coshh, risk assesment, puwer regulations to name but a few.
All stock & everthing has to be labelled and have a specific place.
