As i am a builder i would like to know how to tender for building contracts, including all types of building and construction projects.
This may be local authority or private works.

You first have to start in the local city hall or in the county offices. You need a permit for excavation, a julie locate, and then the actual building permit. Make sure if you employ other people you have some sort of workmans comp insurance some cities require it. If the men carry their own you need copies of the certificates of insurance.
