Can i work during tourist visa in UK?
I am on holiday for 3 months , can I work here
Answers:
. . . why not? everyone else does . . .
no u cant
It will usually state as part of the conditions of your visa whether you can work or not. A 3 month tourist visa is likely to prohibit working. You may be able to apply for a work permit during your stay. But with you having a tourist visa rather than a working visa you may face difficulty.
You can't work with a tourist visa ... if you're working, you're not technically a tourist!
Possibly. If you are a commonwealth citizen you may qualify for the "Working Holidaymaker" scheme. As far as I know if you're not a commonwealth citizen you cannot work on a tourist visa, but check the http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk website or phone your UK embassy/consulate.
You can work here as long as it is a "cash in hand" deal between you and the employer. . you'd have no rights as an employee of course so it would be menial work. But many people do this- working in bars, burger joints etc.
Listen you can work here without visa, passport, EU nationality or ANYTHING! . thousands of muslims do this.
Why not forget the work and just enjoy the holiday? I'm guessing you might be looking for something a bit more permanent in the long term. If you are an EU citizen you will be able to work no problem.
Yes, you can work.but it's illegal.
well u can, if you got GUTS... if luck is in your side, u will never be cought...but, if you are cought luck will never be on your side.

You need a work permit. Any employer employing someone without a National Insurance number will be in deep doggy-do when HM Revenue & Customs (Inland Revenue) do their once in a lifetime PAYE Employers' Compliance visit.
