i have an accounts admin job in dublin and am only gettiin paid 10.53 ph is this good should i start looking for a new job been here for 2 yrs

I would have thought that your first port of call should be an employment agency specialising in the recruitment of accounts personnel. They will have up todate information on the kind of salary your position and experience should achieve. They are totally discrete and at the end of the day you can always stay put, providing there is scope for advancement.
You don't say whether you are being sent to college for further education on day release or evening classes. That can sometimes be reflected in the salary.
thats how much i make now well maybe a little bit more not by much though and i've been at my job for 5 and a half years and its still not enough i would try for another.
