Has anybody ever liked working for tesco?

I worked for Safeway's back in the day and the job was crap but the people that I worked with were so funny it made the day go by so quickly. So in terms of work colleagues it was the best job I've had.
my friends dad works for them, with their computer systems, and as far as i know he loves it!! although he does get to fly to places like turkey for ages. i suppose thats better than working in the stores.
I don't think so, not in my local one anyway. Everytime I have been to Tesco, the men and women on the tills are always miserable and moaning to each other about the fact they haven't had a tea break or so and so's done so and so. It puts me off going in there!
no it was the most boring job i ever had, 3 months later i started working in a club alot more fun then siiting on a checkout
I liked it when I worked there as an afternoon cashier but after a year the work was just so boring and monotonous & there is no opportunity to use any brain cells left from the mind numbing work.
They aren't very good to their staff tho for example the death of a mum or child gets you 3 days off, thats it.
Can't stand the store not even to shop in it.
