What is better? getting something cheap or getting good customer service?
would you rather pay a few more pounds in a shop because their customer service is good and make you feel easy,or would you go next door where the staff do not seem botherd but are cheaper?

Wal-Mart proves that most people want cheap prices. For a period of time last year Wal-Mart's stock price made it the most valuable company in the world just ahead of Exxon-Mobil. Consumers say they prefer good customer service but their wallet votes for price.
Getting good customer service. I can afford the good stuff.
Customer service is worth paying a little extra for. Unfortunatly all to often you can end up paying extra to still be treated like dirt. What a dilema!
I'd prefer the good customer service after all what is the point in getting something cheap if there is no customer service if things go wrong.
Financially I go for the cheaper option & just hope all is well
Giving good customer service is the backbone of most corporations and/or companies. The voice that answers the line when you call in for assistance is representing not only the corporation and/or company but the product that is being sold. Getting something cheap is a good deal but getting quality customer service is what's going to keep you buying.
Go for the moe expensive. Customer service does not just cover the service you get in the shop but also after the purchase - how long it takes to be delivered, how easily you can get through to the supplier should anything go wrong, the length of the guarantee and/or warranty, get replacement parts and so on.
Good customer service does the trick, as I will always go back, and if I go back regularly, then I might get a discount.
Well I would like both but in the real world that's not possible
I loathe bad service. I'd rather do neither of the above, and buy via the internet.
I hate shopping in city centres.
Customer service with out a doubt.
