Its all nice but can we have someone on here to ask ..?

Great, Bono on world issues, footballers and other people answering questions, why cant Yahoo get people who run our local council, bank managers and the like so that we as ordinary people can ask them important questions that concern us, rather than, will the human race be around in 100 yrs, very topical but as i will be 138yrs old and the nhs will be a thing of the past is that something i really need to worry about ?

Answers:
those managers and activists etc. people are always spouting off.and you can see them on sunday TV news and talk shows. if you really care. But they only answer questions they want to answer.

id rather talk to my peers here ..cause they are around whenever i feel like asking, and many have actually exeprienced and survived the same situation. They also have way better senses of humour.
i know what you mean. But i welcome all sorts of celebrities on here. To the academically gifted to the musicians and tennis players
That's all fair and good but they should have a seperate answers for that as part of what i like about answers is that it's relaxed and you get to hear normal peoples opinions.
Aren't there specialist chat rooms and government web sites etc?
Best question so far.

This is a great idea, I would like to see them implement this. I bet it would be difficult for smaller communities, but if they started in New York, or another large city, I'm sure they could get enough people involved to make it interesting.
Yes that is something everyone needs to worry about. What about your children shouldn't you worry about if they are going to have a place to live? I answer this in assuming that your talking about global warming . Global warming is a very big issue . It is important for us to attempt to slow the process for the future generations.
sounds like a great idea..
