Hi, Im sure you will find some where to take them, take them whre you used to when you where that age, cinema, pub meal, Shopping etc. Im sure they will love it you could maybe take them somewhere other than mersyside like Blackpool or something., I go out regualry with my boyfriends Grand Parents or his auntie that lives aways and they used to take us out for meals, or bowling or something like that. They also like the country side so they take us to the lakes and stuff, Im sure you will be fine.
Anfield and take the stadium tour! Look out for the Champions League 2005 winners trophy! it has a dent cos someone dropped it!
TAKE THEM ON A FERRY AND PUSH THEM IN THE RIVER.IM SURE THEYED LUV THAT!
Quiggins..southport funfair ..go fishing.go to chester for the roman thing .it depends wot they are into .r they normal or goths or skater dudes etc
Just take them shopping, that's what I was doing at that age, but if that's not good enough then there's the Sea Life centre thingy over the water or run 'em round Knowsley Safari Park.
If you push them in the river like Xander says, they'll also have the experience of walking on water.

If they like modern art take them to the Tate. If they don't, then don't take the Philistines! Take them for a ride on the DUKW. Take them to Paddy's market, the unofficial real street one.

Take them to New Brighton , the place where as a child I had my first knickerbocker glory and suffered the indignity of wearing knitted swimming trunks in the outdoor lido and discovered the fun of hunt the sand. A day there should let see what a real seaside town looks like and give them lots of memories to take back. Don't go there between Jan 1st and Dec 31st (inclusive) though as it'll be shut or celebrating the 1847 Queen's Visit. It'll also have the added advantage of making them look forward to going back home, possibly without even looking back! A cultural visit there will also explain the Liverpudlians' love of comedy and their unique, slightly peculiar view on life!
