What post offices have wh smith purchased?

will wh smith take over post offices

Answers:
There are two types of Post Offices, the main ones located in large towns are known as Crown Post Offices and are managed solely by the Post Office. There is a second type of P.O generally found in villages referred to as sub post offices, these are usually contracted out or franchised by the P.O. to traders who wish to carry out the business. I think there is a big push at the moment to sell off some of the Crown Post Offices and I presume someone has decided that a sub post office set up in WH Smiths might be a good alternative. Please correct me if these details are incorrect anyone.
