Anybody who works for Waitrose (UK) - whats it like to work there?

Answers:
I don't work there but my cousin does. They are pretty strict, but then you've gotta expect that. (John Lewis etc. have a mega-high rep) On the other hand the bonuses are really good, and for retail the pay isn't bad either. My cousin has worked there for about 5 years, so it cant be that bad, can it?
if your unemployed then take it but still look around
if your employed dont take it
Waitrose is run as a company which is owned by the people who work for it, wages are normally quite good and you receive bonuses twice a year( normally a couple of thousand). good perks, I would contact the company directly to find out more.
