Has any one heard of civvylink. they send students over to england to go to school. they are based in france?

Answers:
No - and I cannot find them on the web. Where have you heard of them from? Why not ask for more information about them (eg address etc.)

What do you want from them? If they are asking for money from you, I would say no if you cannot find anything out about them!

Do you have a registered address? Do you know the full name of the company? If so, contact Companies House and ask them about them. If they are based in France, ring Companies House and ask if there is a French equivalent where you can get previous years' company accounts.

Good luck with your search - and deal with them with your eyes open if you cannot find anything out about them!
