Well I think you should start your own company.
It's so easy and you can start from home. All you need is a business phone number, then get some headed paper and cards done up - it's really cheap now a days.
You can nick all the contacts from your current company IE;- clients looking for work and companies looking for employees and just start putting them together - you earn your money by taking a commission for introducing the two. I know it's a bit cheeky but you've got to start somewhere.
When it comes to interviewing people you can arrange to meet them somewhere or a hire an office for an hour or day companies like Regus offices allow people to hire and rent offices on a daily basis.
You've got the knowledge and experience so whats stopping you. You have to take risks in order to move forward in life and you've got nothing to lose. Soon you could employ staff to work for yourself.
The only way is up.
