TO ANYONE out do not buy anything online from www.woolworths.co.uk they are an absolute shambles?

I bought 2 pictures online. They were delivered to my local store quicker than the estimated timescale at no extra charge and arrived in perfect condition.
someone at work told me this yesterday. Apparently nothing is ever in stock - even though she could find it on the shelf in the store! Useless.
Thanks, I've never used them before but I'll bear your advice in mind. What is wrong with them exactly?

..some retailing guru whos name escapes me.
I found them to be fab.
I ordered some stuff to be delivered to the shop (for free), got an email to say it had arrived and then went along to pick it up. Completely painless.
They sent me a letter apologising for not being able to get my whole order sent out. They enclosed a £10 voucher with it, which i thought was decent of them. They've just started this "catalogue" so i think they've been overwhelmed by all the orders.
you must be one of a handfull as I have used this service using their instore computer many times, it only takes one little problem, and an inpatient person to flare things up and run a company down.

We must remember this, woolies like other large companies deal with thousands or if not millions of people a day in all their stores, now and again things can go wrong, it is no use going in like a bull in a china shop shouting your head off because you won't get anywhere.

I have purchased many products from many stores, and if you are polite you will get the service that you wish to have.
Only just a few weeks ago, I purchased a laptop pc and when I got it home I noticed that it wasn't the one i requested and three of the staff all agreed it was, so I took it back the next day, I didn't lose my rag as these folk sell thousands of products daily and the odd hicc up is likely to happen. I was treated politely, given an apology and given a full refund in cash.

All the things I ordered arrived either on the day promised or before, the goods arrived in perfect order, they are professionally wrapped.
