Woz the report on a ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION CERTIFCATE(Requirements for electrical installations-BS 7671 2006 [IEE WIRING REGULATIONS] or a "Periodic Inspection Report" if not you are being conned so have a competent person have a look for you.And have a look on www.niceic.org.uk www.eca.co.uk

It may be on the back and you have only been given a copy of the front.
