If you are good employees the new owners may keep the same employees because they are pretrained. If the company has to hire new employees it costs them more. But if the company has workers and they want to bring them in then they would let the people go that have been there. Or the new company may want to train their own. If they do let you go then you can collect unemployment while you look for a new job. Good luck to you. I feel sorry for you being in that situation.
speak to the brewery and maybe the local CAB.

It can take approx 3mths to evict you if you sit tight.
that gives you time to find somewhere else to live.

All i can suggest is to see if you can take over the licence and run it yourself. If you can't talk to your employer try Citizen Advice.

When I was in this business my staff were employed by the Brewery so their jobs were safe when I moved on. If you were employed by lessees rather than managers you were not employed by the brewery but by the people themselves. You do have rights. I would suggest that you contact the Citizens Advice Centre, or a Solicitor that specialises in this field. As for being homeless, the owner of the property would have to get a court order to evict you, Best of luck
