Does anyone out there have any jobs on a bar/club/restaurant in Laganas Zante Please?

I have a 'bar' in my room.I'm the only customer.I can pay you maybe 20 a night..as you get me beer from the fridge (bar). A little extra if you sit on my lap.

Actually my sister worked in Zante a few years back for 4 months. What she did was just go and start speaking to the bar and restaurant owners when she got there. She soon found work.
However, it was the start of the summer season when she went. I got the impression that the winter season was quiet, when I went on Holiday there and met some of the English bar workers.
I dont, but I can give you some advice about working there. I spent a summer working in the Hotel Ionis - 16 hours a day, 7 days a week. Treated like scum. Owner kept saying he'd pay me but never did. Then he wanted me to have sex with his daughters boyfriend so she could remain a virgin and he'd be satisified. When I refused he threw me out. A lot of the hotel/bar/restaurant owners there are like a mafia - he told them not to give me a job so I was forced to leave the island. Only I had no money to get home as I'd worked for 8 weeks without pay. I hadnt a legal leg to stand on as I had no work permit. Had to borrow money off friends. It was a nightmare. Never got to go out or enjoy the island. I'd think long and hard about going if I were you. Make sure you have a work permit and get written confirmation of your pay and work conditions before you take anything on.
